Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the JP Solutions website (mindsetofsuccess.us) and coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Coaching Services
JP Solutions provides personal and professional development coaching through The JP Method™. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, digital resources, and community access, depending on your selected package.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our services are designed for personal growth and professional development.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Payments & Billing
Payment for coaching packages is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a package, you agree to the pricing and payment terms associated with your selected plan. All payments are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. Cancellation terms are subject to the selected coaching package as outlined in your signed contract.
Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. We will not share your personal information or coaching details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including The JP Method™, coaching materials, resources, and branding, is the intellectual property of JP Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
JP Solutions provides coaching services in good faith. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
